Matt Robertson is a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, specializing in Klaviyo and Shopify ecosystems. He has designed and executed highly-customized growth and retention strategies for numerous specialty food brands.

As a food-motivated veteran of the underground, slow-food movements of the early 2000s, Matt's background spans sustainable meats, chocolate, coffee, and seafood. He's worked in restaurants (and even invested in a restaurant that literally went up in smoke), and in wholesale CPG. Most recently, he spent 6 years as part of a tiny, Covid-battered team transforming a mostly B2B, wholesale fish company with $500k in online sales into a $4M DTC ecommerce business. He's a design-enthusiast who deeply appreciates the artistic branding in his industry; he preserves and utilizes those aesthetics within the nerdy technicality of his work. Matt is from Wisconsin. He’s lived in Madison, Austin, Boston, NYC, and now resides in Portland, OR.
